The cafe-living room "Chekhov" gathered guests for an enogastronomic evening dedicated to the theme of the Belarusian fish. Culinary delights from the chef Artyom Raketsky, cooked using local fish such as pike perch, trout, pike and carp, surprised with the author's sound and complexity, and the selected sommelier boutique PROWINE Alex Belikov wines, perfectly complemented the non-trivial dishes and synthesized a new, third taste, born due to the enogastronomic duets.
